It's an invitation to reflect. We want you to understand who you are, what you're building, and why it matters to you before talking tactics or timelines. This step helps us ensure there's values alignment and mutual interest before moving forward.

We prioritize real connection through in-person interaction.
Before committing to the work, we create space to build trust and a relationship, because strong work is rooted in a strong connection. This may look like a relationship call, joining a community event you are hosting or sitting down for lunch. This step grounds our partnership in shared presence and mutual understanding.

Gwenn McGuire is a strategist, builder, and visionary leader who believes organizations thrive when faith and purpose guide the work. She founded Good Ground Co. after experiencing the very thing she now helps others navigate: burnout, surrender, and divine redirection.
From rebuilding her first business through prayer to leading nonprofit revitalizations and supporting founders across the country, Gwenn's mission is simple: Help leaders turn vision into fruit through strategy, structure, and spiritual grounding.
